Reaves Welding Industries Solutions

Since 2013, our strength in welding has been focused around 3 core functions: Welding Engineering, Custom Welding Fabrication, and Field Welding Services.

Welding Engineerieng

With over 60 years of combined experience, Reaves offers welding procedure development and qualification (WPS/PQR/WPQ). This includes welding process development for welding and inspection applications. This development comprises of consumable and material evaluations, testing, welding metallurgy and failure analysis.

Custom Welding Fabrication

Reaves is a full-service code certified welding company offering custom metal fabrication to your print. See our past projects for more information,

Field Welding Services

Going beyond custom metal fabrication and manufacturing, Reaves also has a highly skilled field service team and equipment for on-site installation, and construction services. See our past projects for more information.

What We Do?

Welding engineering focuses on the engineering, production, and application of welded joints. Welding engineers play a crucial role in various industries where welding is a fundamental process, including automotive, aerospace, construction, manufacturing, and shipbuilding.

Aerospace fabrication is the manufacturing of components, parts, and structures for use in the aerospace industry, including aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, and related systems. Aerospace fabrication demands high precision, quality, and reliability due to the demanding operating environments and safety-critical nature of aerospace applications.

Large beam fabrication is the manufacturing of structural beams used in various construction projects, infrastructure development, and industrial applications. These beams (i-Beams) are typically made from materials such as steel, aluminum, or composite materials and are meant to support heavy loads and provide structural integrity to buildings, bridges, and other structures.

Oilfield skid fabrication includes the construction, and assembly of skid-mounted equipment used in the oil and gas industry. Skids are structural frameworks or bases onto which various components, such as pumps, compressors, generators, separators, and control systems, are mounted. These skid-mounted units are designed for easy transportation, installation, and integration into oil and gas production facilities, drilling rigs, or processing plants.

Platform Stairway and Catwalk fabrication involves the engineering, construction, and installation of elevated walkways or platforms used for access, maintenance, and inspection in various industrial settings. These crossovers are commonly found in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, and construction. They provide safe pathways for workers to access equipment, machinery, or structures located at heights or in confined spaces.

Welding inspection is a crucial aspect of ensuring the quality, integrity, and safety of welded joints in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, aerospace, and automotive. Welding inspection involves assessing the welds to ensure they meet specified standards, codes, and requirements.

Fabricated tanks are containers constructed for the storage or processing of various substances, including liquids, gases, or granular materials. Fabricated tanks are commonly used across industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, water treatment, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture.

Sandblasting is the process of propelling abrasive by using the pressurized air as propellant. A coating is a layer of material deposited onto a substrate to enhance the surface properties for corrosion and wear protection.

Work conducted as a customer site where there products are installed.

Mechanical and electrical assembly encompasses the assemblage of a broad spectrum of mechanical and electrical products.

Drafting and modeling are essential processes in engineering and manufacturing, providing visual representations of concepts, ideas, and technical details. Both drafting and modeling are used across various industries, including architecture, engineering, manufacturing, construction, product design, and entertainment.

Pipe fabrication involves the manufacturing and assembly of pipes used for conveying fluids or gases in various industries, including oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, water treatment, and construction. Pipe fabrication encompasses several stages, from material selection and cutting to welding, assembly, and testing.

Specialty welding for industrial markets involves advanced welding techniques tailored for specific applications in various industries, such as oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, construction, and manufacturing. These techniques require skilled welders and specialized equipment to meet stringent standards and ensure the integrity and performance of the welded components.
